Asset Investment

The Principals of MTA Energy have carried out numerous asset due diligence reviews for both local and international investors and developers, including for the acquisition process for 3 major coal fired power stations. The scope of the due diligence reviews has included development of optimal operations strategies to maximise the value of the asset, development of site redevelopment plans and masterplans, and detailed reviews of operations, maintenance, and asset strategies and plans.

Asset Management
As senior executives at Australia's largest independent power station operations and maintenance management company, the Principals were responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and commercial management of over 12,000MW of thermal and renewable power generation assets for major clients such as AGL, Synergy, BHP and Ratch Australia Corporation.
