This study is based on a client operating a large distribution centre which supports multiple retail stores and a centralised head office operations.
MTA delivers it's services in a staged manner, focused on developing an energy consumption environment and strategies delivering continuously decreasing client costs over the medium to long term. This is achieved by fully integrating the elements detail below.
The staged process commences with the installation of an energy management system (EMS) which delivers high visibility of individual client loads and enables detailed analysis. This same system is subsequently used for control of loads to further minimise consumption and demand charges. This EMS system has been adapted and developed by MTA in conjunction with Simble Ltd (ASX : SIS) and is a cloud based (SaaS) system which leverages IoT devices developed by Wattwatchers Ltd.
